Managing symptoms--introducing medications, adjusting dose, monitoring response--takes time.
Virtual care includes lab tests, recommendations, prescriptions (or help with accessing medications) and monitoring.
Medications may include low dose naltrexone, baricitinib, terzepatide (GLP-1), and antivirals/monoclonal antibodies (Pemgarda), as well as medications to treat autonomic dysfunction, insomnia, and other concerning symptoms.
